Two of Papua New Guinea's own rugby league talents, Judah Rimbu and Epel Kapinias, are currently in full-time preseason training with the NRL Dolphins as they prepare for the 2024 season. 

The duo, who have represented the PNG LNG Kumuls and SP PNG Hunters, are aiming to secure full-time NRL contracts with the Dolphins.
